Blue Giant in-plant lift products can be built in virtually any size and capacity and can be customized to meet specific application requirements. All their in-plant lift tables are ergonomically designed to improve operator efficiency and productivity. With vertical travel ranges from 24" to 72" and load lifting capacities of up to 12000 lbs., their range of heavy-duty lift tables are equipped to handle all your in-plant application needs.
Scissor Lift Tables
DOUBLE SCISSOR
Blue Giant Double Scissor Lift Tables are a safe and efficient solution for in-plant product storage and transfer. The same high quality construction features found in the stationary elevating docks are incorporated into all scissor lifts. Each lift cylinder is encased in a weather-resistant, all steel housing. Precision velocity fuses on each hydraulic cylinder eliminates platform free-fall. All hard chromed pivot points are fitted with lifetime-lubricated bronze bearings or TeflanTM coated bushings.
DOUBLE WIDE SCISSOR
Blue Giant Double Wide Scissor Lift Tables provide enhanced load stability and support. It's heavy-duty design allows for higher load capacities ranging from 2,000 lbs (907 kg) to 6,000 lbs (2,722 kg). With vertical travel ranging from 24" to 60" (610 mm x 1,524 mm), these units are built to meet all your application requirements.
PNEUMATIC SCISSOR
Blue Giant's complete line of heavy-duty industrial Pneumatic Scissor Lift Tables are 100% air actuated and can be used anywhere plant air is available. These units are ideal in applications where hydraulic equipment (oils and fluids) is prohibited. These units require less maintenance than electric hydraulic units with no direct electrical connections, control boxes, or hydraulic cylinders. The Pneumatic Tables feature 24" (610 mm) vertical travel, 33.5" (851 mm) raised height with 9.5" (241 mm) lowered height.
STANDARD DUTY
Blue Giant Standard Duty Scissor Lift Tables are economical, have a heavy-duty design, and are built to improve operator ergonomics and enhance productivity. With vertical travel ranges from 24" (610 mm) to 60" (1,524 mm) and lifting capacities of up to 6,000 lbs (2,721 kg), these units will meet all of your application requirements.
TANDEM LONG SCISSOR
Blue Giant Tandem Scissor Lift Tables are heavy-duty, hydraulic scissor lift tables for applications requiring longer platform sizes. These lift tables feature a longer length platform to meet the application needs of manufacturing, processing and distribution operations where materials of greater length are being handled.
WIDE BASE
Blue Giant Wide Base Lift Tables are cost-effective and ergonomically designed to meet all your application requirements. The wide base provides enhanced stability and support to handle larger loads of up to 6,000 lbs (2,721 kg).
ZERO GROUND LEVEL
Blue Giant Zero Ground Level Scissor Lifts are designed for use when powered fork trucks are not available or accessible in a work area. These tables permit floor level loading / unloading access by pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. The front approach edge of the platform is beveled to make loading / unloading of the table an easy operation.
Tilters & Upenders
HYDRAULIC
Blue Giant Hydraulic Tilters come with a standard 8" or 12" (203 x 305 mm) lowered height depending on the tilt angle, and a standard base and platform of 36" x 48" (914 x 1,219 mm) (maximum platform size available is 48" x 60"). They also have an easily accessible internal power unit, as well as lifetime lubricated bushings at all pivot points. Oversized and custom sizes are available as well.

The Pneumatic Tilt Tables feature 30° of tilt and 8" (203 mm) lowered height.
UPENDERS
Blue Giant manufactures a complete line of Hydraulic Upenders to accommodate most industrial needs. Our 90°Upenders are ideal for the safe re-positioning of pallet loads and odd shaped objects such as rolls or coils. Conveyors and V-Cradles can be mounted to the platform to assist with pallet, crate, and roll or coil positioning.
WIDE BASE
Blue Giant Wide Base Hydraulic Tilters are manufactured with the same specifications as the standard except the 90° standard tilt has a 12" (305 mm) lowered height, 60" x 60" (1,524 x 1,524 mm) standard base and platform, and 120" x 120" (3,048 x 3,048 mm) maximum platform. Oversized and custom sizes are also available.
Turn Tables
TURN TABLES
The Blue Giant Manual Turn Lift Tables are designed to enhance operator ergonomics and productivity, by reducing the necessity to reach across, or walk around a load. These units are ideal in applications that require pallet loading or pallet unloading. 90° to 180° detents can be added to increase operator efficiency.
